The Controlling and Decision Support module provides controlling department staff and management with the means to optimise the use of human resources. It provides a solution for automating workflows within related activities and supporting their execution.
Operational efficiency gains are made possible by database connections. It's important to ensure that information is available, so part of the service is the ability to connect to, process and analyse information from as many different corporate data sources as possible.
This allows the information to be retrieved, listed and further used. The system is able to save these data tables in formats in which further use is ensured (e.g. Excel, XML, TXT)
